As soon as I entered the door, I saw several tables of foreigners drinking wine and garnishing food. It turned out that in addition to skewers, there were also izakaya set menus.
There are skewers and side dishes that are suitable for pairing with wine. This is a Japanese skewers shop. This time I mainly tried their skewers. The apple pig pork belly roll is amazingly delicious. You can eat barbecue. The fragrance is paired with the sweetness and sourness of apples, which is a perfect combination. Other pork belly with green onion and pork belly with tomato are also delicious, but I have tried similar ones which are not bad. The roasted tofu is charred on the outside and tender on the inside.
Next time I come back, I'll try some skewers with wine.
