Yunlin Pot Stickers is highly recommended by locals in Sanchong. There are many people during dining hours, but luckily the tables turn over very quickly, so you don’t have to wait too long to be seated.
The store has been renovated, so the environment is very new and clean. The two of us ordered one portion each of pot stickers, dumplings, hot and sour soup, and side dishes. We can taste every dish and it is very filling.

Personally, I highly recommend their oyster omelette. The oysters are abundant and not too small. The egg liquid on the edge of the oyster omelette is fried until the whole piece is crispy and super delicious. There is a clear difference between the soft and tender texture in the middle part, and the layers are rich👍

Hot and sour soup is also a must-try. Their soup is a bit sour, which is my favorite taste. Sprinkling it with coriander makes it even more appetizing. A mouthful of soup is perfect with a mouthful of dumplings/pot stickers!

Pot stickers and dumplings are also our signature dishes and they are delicious! This is a local snack that I would like to visit again
