This is my first time eating at this noodle shop, and overall the food is quite delicious. I ordered a set of pork chop noodles, which included the staple pork chop, sesame noodles, and hot spring egg (I don’t know if it was a problem with my set meal or an event. I ordered the dishes for free). The pork chop was very crispy when it was fried and the skin of the pork chop was pretty good. It's thin, but the skin will start to lose its crispness after a few minutes, so it's best to eat it early. The noodles had enough pepper and sesame seeds, but the top piece was probably fried wonton wrapper. It tasted tasteless and was probably just to add texture. The sugar-centered eggs taste quite average, but at 10 yuan, I think the CP value is quite high. I really like the green vegetable seasoning at the end. A little salty and sweet can give me the taste of a mainland girl.
