This is A.I. KITCHEN, located in the basement of the New Eastern Business Hotel on Rua de Nova, Macau, very close to the hotel we are staying at. We came here to try something since we didn't know what to eat for dinner.
We ordered the following items:
Dry Fried Beef Ho Fun MOP $59
Stir-Fried Beef Rice MOP $53
Blanched Choy Sum MOP $42
Set Meal: Butter French Toast + Yuanyang MOP $36
The Dry Fried Beef Ho Fun didn't have much wok hei and was overall quite oily; the Stir-Fried Beef Rice was decent but slightly wet; the Choy Sum was average with nothing memorable; the French Toast was crispy but absorbed a lot of oil, and the honey was a highlight; the Yuanyang was unexpectedly bitter, possibly due to a high ratio of coffee, which was a bit hard to get used to.
The total cost was MOP $190. The environment was clean, and the dishes came out quickly, making it a suitable spot for a simple meal if you are staying nearby, but don't expect too much from the flavor.
