Reviewer with braces: The airport restroom is clean and tidy, with plenty of sinks.
This time, I had a bowl of chicken white soup ramen at a ramen shop inside Narita Airport's Terminal 2. It was noon, and the dining atmosphere was relatively relaxed. I specifically chose this ramen before my departure; a bowl costs 1800 yen, which is 520 yen more than the usual price. Perhaps because it's at the airport, the price is slightly higher, but the broth still has the flavor I remember — rich yet not greasy, and the overall taste is very on point.
The highlight of this chicken white soup ramen is the rich texture of the broth. It uses concentrated chicken bone stock to create a robust base that carries a delicate oily aroma, yet does not feel burdensome. The saltiness of the broth is well-controlled, making it smoothly palatable. The noodles are firm and chewy. Especially the fragrance of the chicken white soup is enticing, warming both the stomach and the heart, making one feel that, whether it's slightly higher in price or waiting a little longer, it’s all worth it.
This meal was not just about food, but more like a conclusion to my journey. The rich broth leaves one wanting more, creating unforgettable memories before I conclude this trip to Japan. If given the opportunity to return to Japan, I would want to taste this bowl of ramen again.
