In Narita Airport Terminal 2, you have to go through security check before entering the food court to eat. There is no need to queue at all. Although there is still airplane food to eat later, I am so looking forward to this meal after finishing my homework. This bowl of noodles contains a large dollop of truffle sauce and several shaved truffle slices. I am a stir-fry, so as soon as I get it, the truffles become one with the soup. I really love anything with truffle flavor. The soup is really rich and delicious (I almost drank it all). The noodles also have a chewy texture. The soft-boiled eggs have a creamy texture. Every bite is too delicious. Happiness, especially when I heard that you have to queue up at the Ginza main store, eat and cherish it. I was really touched to be able to eat ramen before returning to Taiwan. Because my family members who were traveling with me have kidney problems and cannot eat very salty food, I was almost disappointed not to have ramen during the entire trip. This bowl of noodles was so good and soothing to my soul. Although it later converted to an average of more than NT$500 per bowl, I thought it didn't matter as long as it tasted good. Many Taiwanese ramen are Taiwanese ramen. You really can’t call yourself ramen!
