The environment is clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright. The soup base is fresh and sweet, and the vegetables are abundant. The limited beef was sold out, so I only ordered the regular beef, which has a nice texture and is quite tasty. The sauce is different from the typical sweet soy sauce in Tainan; it's a house-made mildly spicy sauce, and I can guarantee that the spicy peppers actually have some heat. Unfortunately, if you don’t eat spicy food, you can only choose the regular soy sauce, which is a pity. I forgot to take a picture of the beef offal, but it should be frozen and not fresh, though it’s very tender and also quite good. Business is doing well with the colder weather; the dining area was full and there was no time to answer phone calls. Thankfully, I was able to go nearby and book a later table to finally eat. There are also two large round tables in a private room and a rich variety of alcoholic beverages, including draft beer, so overall, it was quite nice.
