It was my first time to eat Xiangya, and it was my first time to know that eating roast duck can be such a high-end experience! There were many slices of duck meat and it was very thick. It was a perfect match with the sweet noodle sauce. The most impressive thing was the taro-flavored duck rice noodles. The taro was cooked very soft and the soup was very rich. Unfortunately, the rice noodles were a little missing. The pickled cabbage and sesame rice dumplings were also very delicious. Delicious, very special flavor!
