A very traditional noodle shop. The ordering menu is on the back of a blank calendar paper. You can write the order yourself. When there are few people, you can order directly from the boss.
There is nothing wrong with the seasoning of the food. All kinds of fresh ingredients are placed on the table for you to see and choose from. Everything is freshly made so it is still fresh. However, the shrimp fried rice I ate had a stronger fishy smell, but the shrimp was generously provided.
