This long-famous "Jinhaochi" mainly sells flower soup. I heard that this restaurant was originally a street vendor, and after it gained a reputation, it opened a store near Longshan Temple. This time I wanted to eat the famous Longshan Temple snacks, and this restaurant was the first stop because it was very close to the MRT station.
After looking at the menu, I chose Huazhi Geng and Huazhi Geng Rice Noodles. They are all the same 120 yuan, but with the addition of rice noodles, there are fewer flower branches. In addition, because I love bean sprouts, I also ordered bean sprouts soup, which is only 30 yuan, which is not expensive.
I have eaten delicious squid balls, and the fish paste contains squid pieces. Originally, I thought Huazhi soup was probably Huazhi soup, which is similar to meat soup, except that pork is replaced by Huazhi soup. The Huazhi Soup is the smallest bowl among the three bowls ordered, but it has the most content. The flower soup is filled with flower branches, which are much larger than the wrapped fish paste. No wonder it’s called Huazhi Soup instead of Huazhi Soup.
The soup is very delicious. I feasted first and ate some before taking pictures. Will come again next time I have a chance.
