To be honest, I don't really like the taste of this rice ball.
The viscosity of rice is quite high. In my ideal rice ball, even if the rice grains are not distinct, at least they are not mushy.
But the ingredients are really rich. The more impressive ones include ham slices, pork floss, whole fried eggs, fried dough sticks, rich cheese slices, sauerkraut to enhance the flavor, etc. Although the rice has a somewhat loose texture, the ingredients are rich. complemented these.

Grass jelly bean curd:
It’s such a subtle combination that even the store owner almost forgot how to make it 😂
The soft and tender tofu pudding is a very suitable match with the equally soft but tough grass jelly.

The store has very long business hours and only closes for three hours in the early morning out of the 24 hours. It is a good late-night snack option nearby.

Overall, although the performance of Rice Ball is not top-notch, it is still considered a balanced Chinese brunch restaurant.
