🥲 This meal was a bit disappointing… We ordered a total of 13 items for $504, but the one I was most looking forward to, the salt & pepper chicken, was missing. I called the restaurant and they said I could pick it up next time, but I had already left, so I'll have to wait until next time.

🍢 The skewers were cold! The lamb skewers for $40, thick-cut beef skewers for $40, and chicken butt for $30 all tasted lukewarm, which affected the texture — not great. On the other hand, the fried egg tofu for $40, green beans for $40, and baby corn for $40 were more acceptable among the vegetable options.

🍄 The king oyster mushrooms (small portion) for $40, century egg for $25, and taro skewers for $16 were average, nothing memorable. The chicken skin (medium portion +$20) for $60 was crispy enough. Handmade sweet and spicy fish cakes for $35 and fried peanut glutinous rice balls for $35 were the highlights of the meal, with good aroma and frying technique.

📞 The fact that an item was missing really impacted the experience, and combined with the skewers being cold, the overall feeling wasn't great. I hope they can deliver the missing salt & pepper chicken next time and also pay attention to the temperature and completeness of the dishes.
