Dickson's Food Review #286
This time it’s another special feature on Dickson's ramen shop!
The ramen shop I visited this time is also on my map list.
I happened to be nearby and wanted to find a simple and easy ramen to eat.
I opened the map, and it was right in my vicinity, so I thought I’d give it a try.
This ramen shop offers a wide variety of ramen.
Whether it's chicken broth, seafood, soy sauce, or spicy, there’s really a lot to choose from.
It totally depends on what you feel like eating that day when you come here to try it.
Of course, I only had one flavor of ramen.
Next time, if I pass by again, I’ll try some other flavors!
I personally feel that this ramen shop is quite standard,
but overall, it’s a pretty decent ramen shop.
The atmosphere for dining here is also quite nice.
More importantly, because many ramen shops in Taipei require queuing up,
I was very lucky that day.
During the weekend dining hours, I didn’t need to wait in line at all;
I could just sit down and eat right away.
This is definitely a big plus!
If you enjoy various flavors or broth types in ramen,
this ramen shop is really worth a visit!

⭐️ Food Section
👉 Truffle Chicken Clear Broth Ramen $290
For my first visit here, I selected the chicken broth truffle ramen.
Overall, it was quite refreshing, and the flavor wasn’t too strong.
The noodles and broth performed above average.
In short, it’s a basic ramen—very standard but everything done decently.
As for the meat slices in the toppings,
this part was a bit ordinary with no memorable points.
But overall, I think the ramen and broth were quite good.
⭐️ Atmosphere Section
Compared to other ramen shops in Taipei,
the space in this shop is relatively large.
There are also more seating options available.
Additionally, it’s not just the bar seating area in front;
there are also square tables with seating for four, etc.
So it’s quite suitable for a small group of friends to come eat ramen together.
Because the shop has more space,
the overall feeling is not cramped or noisy.
I think this is a good point for a ramen shop!
⭐️ Service Section
The ordering mechanism at the shop is similar, using machines to place orders,
just like other ramen shops.
So remember to prepare some change when ordering.
And since this shop has a wider variety of ramen,
make sure what you order is what you really want.
Additionally, if you need to add other toppings,
you can also make selections directly on the machine!
After you place your order on the machine,
the chefs in the kitchen will start preparing your ramen!
Essentially, the service here is similar to other places,
including the ordering machine and the food delivery afterward.
⭐️ Price Section
For a ramen shop in the East District,
I feel the prices are quite cheap.
You can enjoy a bowl of ramen for less than $300.
Moreover, the contents of the ramen are also quite substantial.
Whether it's the ramen itself, the broth, or the toppings,
the quality of the ingredients is quite good.
So in terms of price, I think it’s reasonable and nice!
⭐️ Overall
Overall, this ramen shop is a great place to revisit.
If you’re tired from shopping in the East District and feel hungry,
you can drop by for a bite.
After all, the options are plentiful,
allowing you to choose based on your mood and thoughts that day.
Another good point is that it’s not very expensive,
so you can enjoy a complete ramen meal.
Additionally, the crowd isn’t too large.
In conclusion, I personally would visit again!
I recommend all the ramen lovers out there
to come and give it a try!
