Meals
Signature yuzu ramen + Tangyang fried chicken + Coke. The yuzu flavor of yuzu ramen is okay. The Japanese soup has a strong flavor. If you want it to be lighter, choose Taiwan. The amount of noodles is not bad. I am about 6 minutes full after eating the noodles. There is added Tang 2 pieces of fried chicken + Coca-Cola, I was 8 minutes full, the fried chicken skin was crispy and delicious

這家是我覺得在中山站周邊口味還不錯的拉麵店,但不知道為何一直以來都不太需要排隊,和也在附近的鬼金棒和鷹流差蠻多的(這兩家拉麵店每天用餐時間都排超多人) 招牌柚子豚骨拉麵$250 (另加$10把海苔換成炸的海苔天婦羅) 柚子拉麵的湯頭好喝,帶點柚子香氣蠻解膩的,吃到一半可以加一點柚子胡椒進去,會再提味 豬肉片叉燒中規中矩,稍微有點柴;綠色蔬菜和洋蔥都放蠻多的,這點很讚 海苔天婦羅絕對是這家拉麵的必點,我記得之前來吃時是可以選擇海苔要不炸或天婦羅,現在改成如果要天婦羅需要加價10元嗚嗚,但還是超級推薦一定要換成天婦羅,要換啊各位客倌~~~ 四川風青花椒豚骨拉麵$260 這款拉麵是新產品,所以這次就點點看,先講結論:以後還是吃招牌的柚子豚骨就好 這款青花椒拉麵的湯頭我個人覺得太鹹了,口味重到讓人有點負擔,另外也沒有我期待的椒麻感,不會難吃,但會覺得就是一碗微辣的麵,湯頭深度不夠 除了豬叉燒、綠色蔬菜、洋蔥外,還放了非常多的豆芽菜,另外有給一整顆溏心蛋,原本不抱期待,但溏心蛋意外地非常好吃,熟度很剛好,吃一口整個瞳孔震動 這家拉麵店因為離家裡蠻近,而且不太需要排隊,價格算是中間價位,不會太貴,在中山站附近真的非常友善,是我時不時就會想再造訪的拉麵店~ (應該說為了那片在其他拉麵店吃不到的海苔天婦羅,一定會再訪!)
