Oden is located near the Ningxia Night Market. In addition to the wide variety of Oden, it also sells pot noodles and steamed meatballs.

The menu is on the wall. Just order directly with the boss. Payment will be collected when the food is delivered to the table. You can also pay in Taiwan.

I came in because I wanted to eat hot pot pasta, so I didn’t order oden.

The boss was very kind and told me that since I don’t eat shrimps, I didn’t need to put in the hot pot pasta. He said that he would replace it with oiled tofu for me (but the boss may have been too busy, so he added shrimps instead of oiled tofu in the end🤣)

Pot-roasted pasta $90
This bowl of noodles contains vegetables, eggs, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo rings, enoki mushrooms, shredded pork, squid, clams, etc. It is quite rich in ingredients and the portion is OK. It is also sprinkled with bonito flakes and chopped green onion. The soup is delicious, almost Drink the whole bowl quickly
What is particularly worth mentioning is that the texture of the pasta is quite good. Even after you eat it, it is not soaked until it becomes rotten and soft, and it still maintains its chewy texture. This is a plus.

Overall, the price of pot roast pasta is quite affordable compared to the prices in Taipei City, and the taste is also good. I will come back next time when I visit~

This place mainly sells oden, and the items are very rich. But because I was attracted by the hotpot pasta, I didn’t order the hotpot pasta.

The eggs are perfectly cooked

I told the boss that I don’t need to put them in because I don’t eat shrimps. Originally, the boss said that he would replace them with fried tofu for me. (But the boss may be too busy. In the end, I added shrimps instead of fried tofu🤣)
