The well-known traditional meat sauce rice restaurant in Pingtung, which I visited for the second time, always fills the air with the aroma of grilled sausages every time I pass by. Their meat sauce is also excellent. The owner’s son is an artist; if you like rap, you might have heard of him. He’s a rap artist whose career has been somewhat overshadowed by being an online influencer, and he has even competed in the "Great Hip Hop Era" contest as -basso!
The rice for the meat sauce is perfectly cooked, and just adding the classic old marinade and meat floss allows me to finish two bowls. Their meat sauce features more fatty pieces, which makes it rich and oily, sticking to the mouth—those who like it will really enjoy it.
The sausage has a solid texture, with a crispy exterior. When you bite into it, the meat juice bursts out—it's a signature dish here and a must-order!
