ABCD . A Better Coffee & Doughnut

There’s a lot of controversy when it comes to the history of donuts. One theory is that Dutch settlers introduced it to North America, bringing other desserts with it as well. Another view is that it was invented by the indigenous people of the southwestern United States. American Hanson Gregory claimed to have invented the donut in 1847. Laura Ingalls Wilder described donuts of different shapes in her book. The donut was first mentioned in a cookbook in 1803 and became a representative American food in the mid-19th century... Today I am sharing a donut presented as "Jelly Donut", which is packed with people in the alley.

✅British Crumble x Banana: This is one of the store’s signature items, made using “Emperor’s Crumble” and paired with imported cream and brown sugar. The bread body is soft and very moist, and it is very delicious when eaten alone. Coupled with other fillings, it tastes rich in flavor. The taste of banana will remain in your mouth; the brown sugar on top will increase the taste and aroma.

✅Lemon lemon: It is also one of the store's signature items. The donut is filled with lemon curd, with burning Italian meringue and a little lemon peel on top. The overall taste is sweet and sour without being overpowering.

✅Perilla Lactic Acid Grape: There is lactic acid drink filling inside and grape gummy candy on top. The overall focus is on "sweet and sour", but it's just the taste of grapes. The whole thing is quite sweet after eating, and the gummy candy on top is there to add texture, but because it is already very sweet, it makes it feel even sweeter. It’s one that I can’t bear to eat.

✅Latte: There is a larger proportion of milk, but the aroma of coffee is not too weak. It's a very smooth latte.

✅Fruiticano: It is a combination of passion fruit and American style. In the past, everyone was familiar with the combination of lemon and American coffee (Sicilian coffee). But I didn't expect that using passion fruit would also be very blended and the taste would be more prominent.

✅British afternoon tea biscuit flavored black tea: It smells like a very sweet caramel biscuit aroma, but tastes like a sugar-free but smooth black tea. Very special!

The most recommended one after tasting this time is the "British Crumble x Banana", both the aroma and taste are great! It doesn’t make people feel cloyingly sweet. But overall the signatures are good, but the new flavors are more ordinary. In addition, there are very few seats in the store, so it is better to just take out the food from the store.
