On the first day of the trial run, I went for lunch. During the trial period, ordering a main course comes with complimentary duck blood and tofu, which is quite nice. The menu offers both rice and noodles, and this time we ordered three bowls of noodles, all of which looked very appetizing. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the environment, the politeness of the staff, and the very cool air conditioning as soon as you walk in.
This time, I ordered the silky chicken soup noodles. The flavor of the soup was mild, but it was very smooth, and the chicken was tender. Other ingredients included white radish, clams, and mushrooms, making it a rich assortment. The garlic essence black soup noodles didn’t have much garlic flavor, giving off a healthy vibe. The tomato soup noodles had shrimp; I didn't try the soup but it looked delicious.
The menu also lists options like double sauce noodles, "grandma and grandpa" rice, and tender chicken scallion oil rice, offering other choices for dry noodles or rice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It's rare to find such a delicious noodle shop in Wugu, and I will definitely visit often in the future.
