Furano's curry is highly recommended, even by the guesthouse owner.
Typically, the reviews say you have to wait a long time, with some people waiting for hours.
We were very lucky and only waited about 20 minutes to be seated.
The menu is basically divided into two categories: soup curry and regular curry, both of which are very delicious. The curry is very rich, while the soup curry tastes like it’s diluted with broth and coconut milk, adding a bit of sweetness.
As for the spiciness, I chose level seven, which is considered medium-spicy for those who like spicy food. It has a presence but doesn't feel too hot.
However, I wouldn’t recommend going any hotter, as it might mask the flavor of the curry spices.
