林嘉義火雞肉飯

The taste is genuinely good. If you like chicken rice, this is a place you definitely can’t miss. There are two branches in Pingtung, and I often go to the one on Ziyou Road, which is conveniently located at a corner with good parking. They offer unlimited Coke drinks for dine-in, and the meal serves are speedy with a wide variety of side dishes. They also have air conditioning for diners.

The grains of the chicken rice are distinct, and the chicken is tender, falling between shredded and chunked. It's incredibly soft and easy to bite. Drizzling it with their special sauce paired with the white rice makes for a perfect combination.

Duck blood is a side dish I always order whenever I visit. It’s very soft and melts in your mouth with a smooth glutinous rice texture – I absolutely love it!

The flat fish with cabbage is very flavorful and would be a hit for those who enjoy bold flavors. The cabbage is boiled until very tender, and the flat fish has a wonderful aroma. This dish is also quite popular; you’ll find it on almost every table.
