A local, homegrown boss runs this popular noodle shop 🍜

This place has been on my must-visit list for a long time, I was drawn in by their signature "Spicy Century Egg Noodles."

The dining environment is spacious, clean, and tidy, and they even have a restroom available for use.

The century egg sauce is still chunky, and when mixed well with the meat sauce and chili oil, the flavors harmonize nicely without overwhelming the bowl with a strong century egg taste.
The noodle choice is wide, chewy noodles, though they don't hold onto the sauce very well.

◽️ Black Vinegar Dry Noodles (Small: $45):
A friend said it was decent, but not the best black vinegar noodles she has had.

◽️ Blanched Vegetables ($40):
The portion is not too large, just right for two people, and the braising sauce is really delicious.

◽️ Side Dishes - Seaweed, Tofu Pudding, Pig's Ear (Total: $90):
Each item is braised quite well 👍🏻 The saltiness is just right and pairs nicely with the sauces provided by the shop; the chili sauce is tasty!
