This platter allows you to enjoy various kinds of pork, all sourced from local Taiwanese pigs, including Iberico pork belly, Pan-Ke summer pork, and Jiu-Hao pork loin! Besides the meat, there are also some side dishes, such as incredibly creamy and delicious sweet potatoes, onions roasted in rice wine, enoki mushrooms, and super juicy shiitake mushrooms. You must pair it with their old kimchi, which has a sour and spicy taste that’s really appetizing. Now, let’s share the texture of each type of meat!

|Iberico Pork Belly|
Pork belly is a must-have for Korean BBQ. The staff will grill it at your table until the outer layer is super crispy, yet it's still easy to bite into! I recommend pairing it with lettuce and your favorite sauces and kimchi, which not only helps balance the richness but also creates an illusion of a nutritious meal xdd.

|Pan-Ke Summer Pork and Jiu-Hao Loin|
These two cuts have relatively less fat marbling, but they still have a bit of fat, so overall, they won’t come off dry at all—just right! This can be enjoyed directly with sauce and grilled pineapple.

The clam soup is super generous, containing both large and small clams, and the portion is very substantial, along with some radish~ The garlic flavor in the broth is very rich, and the staff will let you taste it first to see if the seasoning is to your liking; it's super thoughtful!

▶Hokkaido Scallop and Crab Roe Stone Bowl Rice $380◀
This is my first time having stone bowl rice with scallops and crab roe. They use sushi-grade scallops from Hokkaido, so they can be eaten raw and are incredibly tender and fresh. I thought the crab roe would dilute the flavor, but it was surprisingly robust—definitely the star of the dish! I absolutely loved it, and it includes shiitake mushrooms, shredded carrots, spinach, and cucumber. I highly recommend everyone give this a try!

▶Korean Cheese Steamed Egg $220◀
The steamed egg is made with a secret broth, making it extremely soft, and there’s lots of cheese inside that stretches! There are also fish roe on top that you can enjoy together!!

▶Korean Yangnyeom Fried Chicken $360◀
The fried chicken skin is coated with plenty of sauce, and even when it cools down, it remains very crispy!! The sauce is specially made by the chef using various fruits, so it's sweet and not spicy at all~ The meat is very tender and juicy! There are also grapefruit radishes on the side to help cut the richness and are delicious.
