This dish is a must-order, where you can choose three out of six items! We chose ginger scallion oil chicken, wafer roast pork, and roasted duck. Among these three, I love the oil chicken the most – the chicken is extremely tender and has meat jelly. Does everyone understand the deliciousness of meat jelly? The roasted duck is also fantastic, with a strong aroma!
▶ Curry Grass Prawns Pot $450 ◀
This dish left me the most amazed. The curry with coconut milk is very rich but not overly greasy, and it also includes peanut pieces for added texture, with each rice noodle coated in sauce. The grass prawns are quite large, with six of them! The prawns are pre-fried, and they taste wonderful when eaten directly! This is a new dish, and I highly recommend everyone to try it!

I unexpectedly liked this dish! Each piece of tiger's palm is stewed to be very tender and chewy, and it's super flavorful – a dish full of collagen! Additionally, there are lettuce pieces, whose crunchy texture pairs perfectly with the tiger's palm. Very impressive!

A must-try stir-fry for many people visiting Hong Kong. The creamy texture of the sweet potato pairs perfectly with the diced beef! The taste is sweet and salty, and the beef is very tender!!
▶ Olive Vegetable and Minced Meat String Beans $280 ◀
This dish is on the saltier side; I really want a bowl of white rice with it, it's practically a rice killer!
▶ Pearl Milk Tea Lava Toast $220 ◀
Two pieces of French toast with milk tea sauce and pearls in between, and when you cut it open, everything flows out like a waterfall. It's just so therapeutic! The pearls have a chewy texture, combined with the honey aroma of the French toast and the strong tea fragrance of the milk tea sauce. Together, they create the perfect ending.
