A very simple cold noodle shop nearby.
Besides cold noodles, they also offer some hot noodle dishes and braised foods.
The shop is not very clean, but the staff's attitude is great.
🌟 Signature Cold Noodles (Small)
The most classic sauce pairing for cold noodles is sesame sauce.
The sesame sauce at this shop is not too heavy; it’s very fragrant.
Paired with the shop’s unique spicy radish and chili oil, it elevates the overall flavor to another level.
The deliciousness increases, and it adds a crispy texture, making the otherwise ordinary cold noodles more distinctive compared to those from convenience stores.
🌟 Braised Egg and Braised Tofu
The braised egg is a braised chicken egg, so it basically tastes quite similar to what my mom makes at home.
The tofu is flavorful, but it's just okay.
Overall, it's a place you can go to nearby when you feel like eating cold noodles.
The spicy radish makes the whole dish tastier.
By the way, it looks like the spicy radish is available in canned form.
If you love it, you can also buy some to take home.
Personally, I didn’t love it enough to bring some home.
