Dianchu Beef Noodles is located on Jianguo Road next to the main entrance of Fu Jen University. The door of the store has 50 years of inheritance written on it, and I am sure that the store has been open here for at least 15 years.

What we enjoyed today was the signature original beef noodles, priced at 145 yuan.

Signature original beef noodles:
You can choose from Yangchun noodles, homemade noodles, ramen noodles and glass noodles. I personally prefer ramen noodles.

The thin ramen noodles are very elastic and go well with the simmered beef soup.
The beef soup base is rich and the aroma of the soup base made from Chinese medicine is very mellow. I think the slightly spicy seasoning of the braised soup is the finishing touch.

The large bowl of noodles tastes quite filling and will definitely feed the college students who flock nearby during meal time.

The store is quite spacious, and in addition to meals, it also provides free black tea.
The black tea itself is quite satisfactory, but as a small decoration to remove oil and relieve greasiness after a meal, I feel that it is quite satisfying.

Overall, among the many beef noodles near Fu Jen University, I personally like this one the best.
