It used to be a small shop in an alley with only a few seats, but now it has transformed into a large restaurant with European classical style. The current location was once a textile factory during the Japanese occupation, and after renovation, it has a very charming atmosphere that's great for photography, making it a powerful social media-worthy Japanese dessert shop.
I really love the matcha series. This time, I had the matcha Basque cake, which was very rich and had the perfect texture. The pistachio mille-feuille isn’t overly sweet, and it feels like it has many more layers than those you usually get outside. The craftsmanship is delicate and it tastes great. Highly recommend!
