# Yingge
This restaurant is located on Nanya South Road in Yingge.
For friends driving, it’s more convenient to park over by the old street and walk over.
The business hours are during brunch.
This is my first visit.
I ordered the plain cold noodles, rice cake, bowl cake, and meatball miso soup.
The portion of the cold noodles is quite generous, and the sauce comes in a large packet.
Before eating, I noticed a lot of black specks inside,
which turned out to be plenty of black pepper.
The cold noodles are very enjoyable, and the black pepper is aromatic and spicy.
The sauce is well-seasoned,
and it has a hint of mayonnaise flavor but is not too greasy,
achieving a perfect balance with the black pepper.
The bowl cake has a good texture;
it doesn't turn mushy.
There are lots of ingredients, and the meat pieces are large, firm, and elastic.
The rice cake is also steamed just right;
the rice isn’t too soft, and it’s not dry in the middle.
The sauce is quite standard.
The miso soup has a moderate saltiness;
the miso flavor is sufficient,
and the meatballs are tasty,
without any strange refrigerator pork taste.
Overall, I think the food tastes pretty good.
I ordered several items, and they all suited my palate.
Nothing went wrong.
The dining environment is relatively simple.
There aren’t many diners, so the lights in the store aren't all on, making it a bit dim.
However, the takeaway business is doing very well,
with a steady stream of customers.
It seems this place is also popular in the local area.
