It is a combination that directly puts a whole hot spring egg in
What I think is quite good is the ingredients: fungus and bean sprouts
You can adjust it according to your own taste and see if you want to add it.
It's quite fragrant and smooth to drink at first.
But I personally think the saltiness is a bit too salty... I’m not used to it.
Choose a noodle with a softer texture so that it will be less tiring to chew.

Dai Ming Family Tonkotsu $330
This soup is a combination of pork bone soup and chicken white soup.
The soup tastes a little heavier than the white pills
Those who like strong flavors will probably like this bowl better?
But the hardness of the noodles cannot be adjusted in this bowl!

You won’t have that amazing feeling after eating.
Overall, it’s not a store I would visit twice.
