In the evening, in addition to fried food, I also ordered braised food. After shopping in the underground shopping mall, I finally chose Lu Chunqiu. The special thing about this store is that it sells both braised food and drinks and juices. It seems to specialize in carambola juice.
I ordered the Spring and Autumn Secret Braised Star Fruit Braised that day. After eating it, it was actually no different from ordinary braised food, so it’s considered a passing mark! The leanness of the pork is a drawback. The other prince noodles, vegetables and hot pot ingredients are all quite satisfactory. I can’t feel the star fruit flavor🤣
The overall saltiness of the braised sauce is moderate, but there is no Chinese medicinal flavor or other special soup base. It should be more like soy sauce. Of course, they have other flavor pots. If you have a chance, try it again to see if it is better!
The price is not cheap, a set of braised meat basically costs more than 165, so readers can worry about their wallets!
