This all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant is located in the Ximen downtown area. The interior is very friendly and has a large dining seating area. There are two large stoves on the table for 4 people, which can cook two pots of mandarin duck pot with a total of four soup bases. Friends who want to eat high-end Wagyu beef can order the high-priced Wagyu beef, but I ordered the cheapest "selected pork and chicken beef". After eating it, I felt that this price has the highest CP value, although the meat part is only pork and chicken legs. You can order meat, but in fact these two kinds of meat are already super delicious.

Chicken legs are standard and can be taken from the self-service area. Other meats can be ordered at the table by scanning the QR code. The chicken legs are available in original flavor or seasoned. The chicken leg meat is dipped into the "Aged Huadiao Chicken Leg Pot Base" that I ordered. It tastes very tender and fragrant. The soup base itself is also flavored with Chinese wolfberry and other Chinese medicines. The soup is fragrant and not greasy. Whether it is cooked Both vegetables and meat are suitable.

There are enough options in the self-service area, including all kinds of green vegetables, as well as handmade flower balls, shrimp handmade balls, etc. There are nearly 20 kinds of sauces in the sauce area that you can season yourself, and there are also raw eggs that you can beat, which is a bonus.

The drinks section is larger than expected, with Hershey chocolate smoothies and various flavors of non-alcoholic champagne available. I was also surprised in the dessert section, the hojicha ice cream is super delicious! The tea aroma is super strong, and a ball of hojicha ice cream is very refreshing after finishing the hot pot. In comparison, the matcha flavored ice cream is a bit too sweet and has no matcha aroma.

There is also stewed mushroom rice that can be eaten as a pre-pack. Everyone at our table loved it. The stewed mushroom rice will be gone very quickly during mealtimes. If you want to eat it, you can try it first!

I ordered "Medicinal Diet Health Pot" and "Aged Huadiao Chicken Leg Pot" Although the two pots look similar, they still taste different~ In the lower right corner is the stewed mushroom rice, highly recommended! very delicious

📍台北西門站 馬辣集團火鍋吃到飽的新品牌!環境裝潢的很特別,目前只收現金,有很多價位可以選擇,我們這次是選擇可以吃到美國極黑和牛的「極上雙和牛放題」,晚餐的價位是 799 元一人,除了可以吃到兩種和牛之外,兩種和牛握壽司也可以吃到飽,喜歡和牛又不想太傷荷包的可以考慮這個方案。 涮樂和牛鍋物的湯底有10種湯頭,有分台灣風味5種-麻辣鮮香麻辣鍋、貴妃藥膳養生鍋、陳釀花雕雞腿鍋、老饕酸菜白肉鍋、麻油爆香石頭鍋 日本風味5種-北海道日高昆布鍋、北海道風味起司牛奶鍋、關東風江戶壽喜鍋、靜岡特濃厚番茄鍋、九州特濃厚豚厚鍋 這次是選擇了麻辣鍋來涮肉,番茄鍋來煮菜,涮樂的肉品質有一定的水準,不過以牛肉來說個人還是更喜歡同集團的馬辣的,雖然涮樂和牛提供的自助吧選擇非常多還有自助的蔬菜可以取用,但是大多是我吃火鍋相對比較沒興趣的,比如:極上和牛黑咖哩跟安格斯黑牛牛丼,這些我吃吃到飽火鍋比較少碰,然後冰淇淋也只有明治一種選擇。 總結來說,提供的菜品肉品選擇非常多,自助吧也有玲琅滿目的選擇,適合喜歡火鍋多點變化的客群,肉品的品質雖然沒辦法跟單點的店相比,但都有一定的水準,大食量的朋友還是值得一試的。

第一次來到這家用餐,之前看到這家評價很好這次點了599/人的選項 湯頭選擇酸菜白肉鍋+花雕雞 肉片的部分都是蠻新鮮的,點餐上肉的速度也是非常快的,自助吧的菜、火鍋料、飲料、沙拉都很齊全 更特別的是這家還可以自己做溫泉蛋丼飯 另外服務生的態度都很棒,算是我會想再來一次的火鍋店👍
