"Barista's Tea Shop" is a good way to briefly describe the birth story of Long Kok. The founder is a coffee expert who has developed many drinks that combine coffee and tea. In addition to tea, Long Kok also sells American style and latte. , and even sell coffee beans and coffee filter bags

This branch is located near Mackay Hospital, about a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Shuanglian Station. The store design is mainly a combination of brown and gold, which looks quite high-quality.

Although Long Kok is famous for its coffee jelly, as a treasure connoisseur (?), whenever I visit a hand-made drink shop that I have never tasted before, I still have to have a cup of treasure for the first time.

Ambergris thick milk + pearls $60
Ambergris thick milk has a special aroma when you drink it. After drinking it a few times to explore what the taste is, I was surprised to realize that "it's barley tea!" It turns out that the ambergris black tea used as the base has a barley tea flavor, which is different from ordinary Black tea tastes different, I quite like it~
The thick milk uses creamer. It tastes very milky but does not feel cheap. It is a passable creamer milk tea.
The pearls felt chewy at first, but then I felt that the center of the pearls was a little hard.
Overall, the Ambergris thick milk is delicious and I am willing to repurchase it, but I personally don’t like the pearl part.

Longjiao has a variety of drinks that I think are delicious, such as osmanthus spring milk, heavy milk ambergris jelly milk, mandarin duck jelly milk, etc. I have already thought about the items I will buy next time, the next time, and the next time I return. 😂

p.s. I found out that there is also a latte shop in Long Kok that sells lattes. It seems that there will be another shop that can take away lattes in the future~
