I went to a delicious charcoal-grilled restaurant that opened in Namba on June 10th! 🔥

The restaurant is called "Tottotto Namba Sennichimae," specializing in charcoal, seafood, yakitori, and side dishes. It's within walking distance from Namba Station on various lines. 🚃

From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was lively and bustling‼️

There are counter seats and table seats available. I thought the counter seats would be fun since you can see the grilling happening! 🔥

The chopstick wrappers had fortune slips attached, and if you draw a "great fortune," you can get a sticker!
By presenting this sticker, you can receive a 100 yen discount on drinks marked with a star, unlimited times.
If you're doing the all-you-can-drink course, you can extend it by 30 minutes, which is quite a deal! 🉐
I got "small fortune." 💦

I ordered the standard all-you-can-drink plan for 1,750 yen, which included BIG oolong tea 🐦‍⬛, draft beer 🍺, and BIG melon soda 🍈!
The BIG drinks were actually really large and satisfying to drink!

The food I ordered included:

  • Otooshi ✨: 418 yen
  • Mentai-tororo Motsunabe 🍲: 1,848 yen
  • Champon 🍜: 352 yen
  • Potato salad decorated with sea treasures 🥔: 748 yen
  • Scallops with flavored vegetables 🐚: 858 yen
  • Charcoal-grilled yam with soy sauce 🔥: 330 yen
  • Primitive-style grilled Kinmedai fish 🐟: 1,783 yen
  • Eryngi mushroom wrapped in pork 🐷🍄: 242 yen
  • Crunchy lettuce wrapped in pork 🐷🥬: 330 yen

Total: *10,439.
Splitting it between two people comes to ¥5,220 per person.

The otooshi ✨ was a flavorful dashi with dried radish and boiled vegetables, and it was delicious!

The Mentai-tororo Motsunabe 🍲 included:

  • Motsu (beef tripe) 🐮
  • Cabbage 🥬
  • Bean sprouts
  • Chives
  • Garlic 🧄
It was topped with a large amount of mentai (pollock roe)!
Once heated and boiling, I added the mentai tororo. ✨
The broth was rich and flavorful with garlic, and paired perfectly with the mentai! 👌
The beef tripe was plump, rich, and tasty! 🐮
The vegetables soaked up the dashi flavor and were delicious. 🥬
The tororo added even more richness—super delicious! ✨

For the champon 🍜,
the finishing touch for the motsunabe is definitely champon! 🍜
I added thick noodles to the broth and ate it. 🍜
It was very delicious with the thick noodles coated in the rich broth! 🍜

The potato salad decorated with sea treasures 🥔 had ikura (salmon roe) and egg yolk on top, and I broke the yolk to eat it. 🥚
The yolk was rich, and the ikura was bursting with flavor—so tasty! 🥰

The scallops with flavored vegetables 🐚 were juicy, sweet, and paired well with the vegetables, making them delicious! 🥰

The charcoal-grilled yam with soy sauce 🔥 had a lovely, fragrant char, and the yam was sticky and tasty! 🔥

The primitive-style grilled kinmedai fish 🐟 was slow-cooked to perfection and extremely delicious.🐟
It was tasty even without soy sauce! 🐟

The eryngi mushroom wrapped in pork 🐷🍄 was juicy, and the pork was crispy and delicious!

The crunchy lettuce wrapped in pork 🐷🥬 was crispy and refreshing, pairing well with the pork—very tasty!

The staff was lively and attentive, providing excellent service, including prompt clearing of plates, which was very considerate! 🥰

I thought this restaurant would be great for people wanting to enjoy good food and drinks in a fun and lively atmosphere! 🥰

All the dishes were delicious, and there are still many items I'm curious about—I definitely want to visit again! 🥰
