寧夏夜市先來厚到章魚燒 NING XIA XIAN LAI HOU DAO TAKOYAKI

This time I ordered the signature sauce-yaki. The takoyaki was very fragrant and the outer skin was very crispy. Maybe it was because I wanted to eat it right away, so the taste was acceptable. The particles were quite large. The octopus inside was pretty good, but I personally felt that the octopus chunks were a bit on the small side. Small, with a lot of batter and small ingredients.
Overall, it's quite delicious.
The stall signage is clean, bright and conspicuous.
