On weekends, there is often a long line for the pan-fried dumplings.
The prices are reasonable; whether it's the vegetarian or meat version, each is 15 NTD.
The owners are a couple who make them on-site.
You can see them taking turns rolling out the dough and filling the dumplings.
When you pay, they even use gloves to handle the money (because money really is quite dirty).
Although I'd love to suggest using mobile payments, I think mobile payments might take a cut, and for small eateries like this, I wonder if it would make a significant difference. 😂

🌟 The pan-fried dumplings (meat and vegetable)
Every time I come, I queue up to buy one of each.
The meat-filled dumpling is very juicy; when you bite into it, it gives a similar juicy sensation as a soup dumpling.
The part that's fried at the bottom is extremely crispy,
and the dough is just right—not too thick.
The vegetable filling is abundant and well-seasoned,
making it a great snack option during mealtime.

However, many people come to buy in bulk, like 10 or 20 at a time.
If you happen to be behind a large group,
you might have to wait quite a while
because they only have two cooking stations.
Each station cooks one at a time, and they are freshly made,
so you may have to wait a bit longer. 🤣
But I still highly recommend going when you're not in a hurry to try them! 💪
