I went there around 6.30 on a Friday night and the waiting time was about 20 minutes. Because it is a dim sum recommended by Bib Gourmand, there are more people. The boss’s movements are also more delicate and it makes it easier to wait for a longer time. Overall, it is worth the waiting time, but next time I will choose to eat when there is no queue or when I just pass by and there is no queue.

The whole meal contains eggs, cheese, ham, bacon, and a lot of corn ingredients. It's very satisfying when you bite into it! The pie crust is not the type that is fried very crispy, but the aroma of flour and onion is very obvious. It is slightly crispy on the outside and quite soft on the inside. It is a good scallion pancake crust!
My favorite part is the stuffing. Their ham and bacon are fried first and then put in. They are not the dry and flat meat at breakfast restaurants. There is even a little bit of gravy when you bite it, and the aroma is very delicious. It's very enjoyable, and it goes very well with cheese that's close to smooth. This time, I added soy sauce paste and honey mustard, and you can add spicy and nine-story pagoda (I don’t like it so I didn’t add it ><). It’s the first time I tried honey mustard and put it into scallion pancakes. It went very well unexpectedly and brought out the aroma of bacon. , I heard that it tastes delicious with all the sauces added. If you don’t mind, you can give it a try! Overall, it is a scallion pancake with lots of ingredients and a very fragrant crust. If there is no queue, I will come back again. It is delicious!
