In Kaohsiung's New Juejiang, there is a dried fruit dessert shop that uses local Taiwanese small farmer's fruits to make dried fruits, which are then incorporated into various cookies and cakes. Fruits are no longer just fruits; they create infinite possibilities.
If you check in on-site, you can sample a whole tart filled with sweet and sour dried fruits, which is their signature item. Even after drying, the fruits retain their sweetness and aroma, paired with a crispy tart shell and nuts, providing a crunchy, crispy, and sweet and sour multi-textured experience that is very refreshing and delicious.
However, for friends who are not fond of dried fruits, the shop also offers fresh cream rolls filled with generous amounts of whipped cream. They are not overly sweet, with about a third of the usual sugar content. The filling also includes pudding and fresh fruits, and the outer cake is very fluffy, making it perfect for breakfast.
