The artisan shop has moved to a new location, now tucked away in a residential area. The environment is clean, comfortable, and bright, with simple decor yet offering an extraordinary experience.
They are a certified shop for draft beer, and of course, the first drink is a delicious draft beer. The sake pairing is reasonably priced and complements the meals well, showing careful attention to detail and uniqueness.
They offer a no-menu Japanese dining and drinking set, featuring a combination of skewers and tempura, with fresh ingredients like beef, chicken, seafood, and vegetables that cater to personal preferences for a variety of tastes. The skewers are seasoned perfectly and grilled professionally, while the tempura is cooked to perfection, with just the right batter thickness and texture, allowing the freshness of the ingredients to shine through. To top it all off, they serve a buttery fried rice and homemade Japanese sugar for a perfect ending. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience that I enjoyed immensely.
