The first time I ate at a food truck in Hawaii, the owner was a Mexican (probably, I’m sure he spoke Spanish). I ordered the tacos that I was craving for, and toratas.
To be honest, the fillings inside are pretty average, except for the potato chunks which are really delicious. But!!! The various onions, garlic and other spice sauces provided by the dining car really add the finishing touch. Make the entire snack experience richer. It can be said that the sauce is the soul of this car toy. If you have the chance, you should try every sauce.
However, even if it is food from a food truck, you need more than 16 mg to have a decent meal in Hawaii. Therefore, it is recommended that the budget should be raised a bit, so as not to feel ascetic🤣
