The first time I ate at a food truck in Hawaii, the owner was a Mexican (probably, I’m sure he spoke Spanish). I ordered the tacos that I was craving for, and toratas.

To be honest, the fillings inside are pretty average, except for the potato chunks which are really delicious. But!!! The various onions, garlic and other spice sauces provided by the dining car really add the finishing touch. Make the entire snack experience richer. It can be said that the sauce is the soul of this car toy. If you have the chance, you should try every sauce.

However, even if it is food from a food truck, you need more than 16 mg to have a decent meal in Hawaii. Therefore, it is recommended that the budget should be raised a bit, so as not to feel ascetic🤣

Tacos himself. Both the crust and the filling are on the moist side, I personally prefer it drier, and it will be just right with the sauce.
Tortas himself. In fact, the fillings are very similar, but the starch staple food on the outer layer is different.
The soul area of the food truck. The sauces are really amazing, you can try each one. I want to take a few cans home (mistake).
