A pretty good fried rice shop.
In addition to fried rice, they also sell a variety of omelette dishes, such as oyster omelette, egg omelette, and my favorite duck fat omelette. They also sell drinks.
I ordered the Matsusaka lard rice. The oily rice has distinct grains and the seasoning is light. Although I like a stronger taste, adding sweet and spicy sauce gives it a familiar ancient taste. Moreover, the Matsusaka pig has a good texture and the oil is also good. Rich, overall it’s a good fried rice.
My favorite is the duck fat omelette. The boss was very considerate and asked first if he wanted a hard-boiled egg or a half-boiled egg. The fried half-boiled egg was in perfect condition. It melted when you poked it. The duck fat was very fragrant. Just drizzle it with a little soy sauce. Excellent fried rice with supporting roles.
