This piggy bank business is very good
It’s always full of people during meal time
The good thing about Hongdae restaurants is that they are open late
We didn’t come to have dinner until after 12 o’clock in the morning today
No need to wait to be seated
Most restaurants here require you to order relative portions based on the number of people.
Not suitable for sharing a main meal with many people
So we ordered two portions of salted pork belly, one portion of original pork belly, and one portion of seasoned beef ribs
After ordering meat and wine
The boss served side dishes and miso soup first.
The barbecue is made with a pot of charcoal fire below and a plate of stones on top. It’s super special.

When we wanted to order more side dishes and lettuce, the waiter ignored us😅

🔹소금구이(鹽燒五花肉)₩ 13,000-第一道就是經典不敗的「鹽燒五花肉」。豬五花切得厚薄適中,油花分布漂亮,沒有多餘調味,純粹用海鹽提味。烤到表面微焦、內部還保有肉汁,烤的外層酥脆焦香和本身的油脂,搭配生菜、蒜頭和泡菜,根本無敵組合! 🔸소갈비살(牛排)₩ 17,000 x 2份 -牛肉選擇不多,只有牛排跟牛胸肉,怕牛胸肉很油,所以選擇這個!吃起來口感有點像牛肋條,肉切得蠻厚,口感有嚼勁但吃起來很嫩,牛味非常濃郁。熟度烤的剛剛好時一定要趁熱吃,外層微脆、裡面很多汁! 🔹삼겹살(三層五花肉)₩ 13,000x 2份 -三層五花真的是經典韓式燒肉的靈魂了。這裡的三層肉帶皮,把皮烤的酥酥脆脆,搭配生菜、泡菜一起吃根本是滿分!我們點完一輪後又在加點一次! 🔸항정살(豬頸肉)₩ 13,000 -跟五花肉那種爆油的爽感不一樣,豬頸肉比較有嚼勁感,咬下去很Q的,不靠醬、也不靠鹽,就烤熟直接吃也可以。吃的時候超有在咬肉的爽感,不會一口就化掉。 不過也要看人,有些人會覺得太有嚼勁、會咬比較久。但我個人是喜歡的,尤其搭點生菜或辣泡菜,一起入口真的讚爆。 🔹콜라(可樂)₩ 2,000 -一般的寶特瓶可樂,會附上杯子,杯子不是冰杯很可惜!韓國太熱了。 🔸계란찜(蒸蛋)₩ 2,000 -份量不小、口感蓬鬆柔軟,調味剛好,不會太鹹。但跟這幾天吃起來口感還是比較遜色一點點。 🔹물냉(冷麵)₩ 5,000 -酸甜湯頭超開胃解膩,麵條很Q彈,勁道十足。冰塊蠻多的,燒肉吃膩搭配冷麵剛剛好!放上點芥末或加點醋會更有層次。 🧸烤到後面煙很大,老闆有暫時開門通風一下 🧸桌子位子不大,那天吃到整桌都滿的,水壺跟飲料只能暫時放到地上。
