I initially fell in love with this dumpling shop because of its spicy pan-fried dumplings. The dumplings are crispy and paired with plenty of green onions, topped with flavorful spicy sauce—it’s really delicious! However, sometimes you might get ones that aren't freshly fried, which are not as crispy, so it’s a bit of a luck of the draw.
Next, the hot and sour soup is a must-order; it has a lot of ingredients, and even a small bowl is quite filling—great value for money.
The fried egg is very much like the ones from Yonghe Soy Milk Shop; it’s drizzled with a bit of soy sauce, and you can choose it fully cooked or half-cooked.
Overall, I don't mind the slightly noisy atmosphere of dining by the roadside; the flavors are decent, and the prices are very budget-friendly!
