The overall flavor is on the salty side but surprisingly addictive. The meat is juicy and not dry, and you can feel the richness of the juices spreading in your mouth. Served hot and fresh, the aroma really makes you want to keep taking bites. Although it's a bit too strong for me, as I usually prefer lighter flavors, the overall seasoning is still enjoyable. The dining environment is nice, with comfortable seating and quick service. I left with a great impression this time and would like to bring friends next time to try other dishes, especially that signature soup, which I've heard is also worth a try!
