The store offers a variety of noodles, including Yibin Ran Noodles and Li's Cold Skin. The Ran Noodles are chewy and refreshing, while the Cold Skin is soft and flavorful. Overall, it's not bad, but nothing particularly exceptional.
A simple street-side shop environment, with no special description of the atmosphere.
When you come to Yibin, Sichuan, you definitely have to try the most famous Yibin Ran Noodles. I don't know why it's called Ran Noodles, but any dish named after a place basically has to be tried; whether it's good or not is secondary, it's about the experience of being there.
I won't mention much about the simple environment of the street-side shop. There is a rich variety of noodle dishes, and they also have "Bōbó Chicken." The shop's name is Li's Liangpi, so I ordered Liangpi as well. The noodles are soft and chewy with enough flavor, and the Ran Noodles are also quite flavorful; they're generally not bad but nothing particularly special either.
