A variety of dishes are offered, and especially the mentaiko tororo hot pot, the assorted 12 types of tsukune, and the meat temari sushi are reputed to be delicious. The combinations of ingredients are good, and you can enjoy a satisfying experience at a reasonable price.
The establishment offers various seating options, such as counter seats, table seats, and tatami rooms, and it is lively even on weekdays.
I went to a restaurant where they serve delicious tsukune (chicken meatballs) and meat sushi 🐔🍣.
The restaurant is called "Tori to Uma Bi, Sannomiya" and is located right in front of Sannomiya Station on the Hankyu Kobe Line, which is also within walking distance from all nearby train stations 🚃.
There were various seating options including counter seats, table seats, and tatami mats✨.

The winter special, Mentaiko Tororo Nabe 🍲, was a delicious pot packed with plenty of pork and topped with mentaiko tororo. The broth was tasty, and the mentaiko tororo had a wonderful texture and flavor✨. The meat was a delightful mix of pork and offal, providing a filling and satisfying experience 🐷. The vegetables included:
Cabbage 🥬,
bean sprouts,
tofu,
which soaked up the delicious broth, making for a hearty and flavorful meal😍. The broth was so good that if I had space, I would have turned it into a risotto 🥣.
The 12-type tsukune assortment 🐔 featured:
Rock salt 🧂,
chopped wasabi 🔥,
ketchup,
honey mustard 🍯,
leek mayo,
ikura (salmon roe),
tartar sauce,
mentaiko (cod roe),
black pepper mayonnaise 🔥,
grated daikon,
kimchi,
parsley,
making a total of 12 varieties‼️
All the tsukune were fluffy 🐔. I tried the black pepper mayonnaise, tartar, kimchi, and mentaiko 😆. Each topping paired excellently with the tsukune, making it delicious😍.
The meat handball sushi 🍣 included:
Rock salt 🧂,
chopped wasabi 🔥,
mentaiko,
raw fish 🫚,
ikura,
grated daikon,
making 6 varieties 🍣. I had the chopped wasabi, ikura, and grated daikon 🍣. The meat was tender and the seasoning was scrumptious 🐮.
As for the sakura yukke 🐴🌸, since it was horse meat, I enjoyed it by mixing in egg yolk. The combination of horse meat, sauce, and egg yolk was super delicious🐴.
The fried chicken 🍗 was large and perfectly crispy. It was delicious😍 and it even tasted great with the accompanying mayonnaise✨.
The skewers of 10 charcoal-grilled pieces 🐔 were seasoned as recommended. They included:
Yagen cartilage,
Zuri (chicken guts),
Hatsu (heart),
Skin,
and two pieces of thigh 🐔.
The yagen cartilage was crunchy and tasty 🐔.
The zuri was also crunchy and delicious 🐔.
The hatsu had a nice glaze from the sauce and was tasty 🐔.
The skin was juicy and flavorful from the sauce 🐔.
The thigh was tender and very good 🐔.
The jidori kamameshi 🐔 was cooked in a pot and served steaming 🔥. The rice had a delightful flavor and a nice texture 🍚. There were even a few crispy bits, which were delicious 🍚. It also included tasty jidori chicken 🐔.
The crème brûlée 🥚 had a crunchy top and a creamy center, making it incredibly delicious🥚. It contained custard and fresh cream, which were delightful✨.
The prices were reasonable, and I left feeling completely satisfied‼️
Even on weekdays, the place was bustling with customers, which was well-deserved 😆.
I was also curious about other menu items, so I would love to go back again 😆.
