If you have a reservation, a host will greet you at the entrance and take you to your reserved table. There will be a dedicated server responsible for taking your order. They remember the names of all the guests staying in the hotel and provide you with personalized service. Inside the restaurant, a beautiful lady plays the saxophone 🎷, creating a lovely ambience. Personally, I found it a bit dark, but for dinner, this atmosphere is wonderful!

I have to say, this dish is incredibly delicious. Although the edges were slightly overcooked, the overall flavor is still very good. With their special sauce, it’s very appetizing and easy to eat; I found myself finishing the two large lamb chops in no time!
As for the pasta 🍝, I think their handmade noodles, while not as refined as those in Italy, are still quite decent. The noodles have a firmer texture, which might take some getting used to for those who haven’t had handmade noodles before. You might expect a chewier texture, in which case it’s best not to choose handmade noodles. The sauce was blended quite well, but I think the lamb chops were truly outstanding, somewhat overshadowing the pasta. I recommend sticking to the main dishes!
