"Since I had never tried Ding Guo Guo before, I thought it would be a good opportunity since my friend wanted to eat something fried. However, I didn't expect the overall taste to be disappointing..." by Sister
<About the Meal 🥣>
The first impression was the Guo Guo Bun, which is filled with sticky rice. It's a bit chewy and has a fragrance, but the aroma isn't very strong. It's somewhat similar to the chicken wings stuffed with rice sold outside (although it could just be that I don't have a good taste).
I personally found the fried chicken to be of ordinary quality, barely making it to below average. The skin was somewhat dry, and I could only manage to eat a few bites if paired with a drink. The meat had a bit of flavor, but it felt like it was not marinated enough or the seasoning was off. In short, it can't really be considered tasty.
<About the Staff 👨🍳>
The staff was an auntie. At first, I thought it was just my impression, but after checking Google reviews, I was pretty sure that the impatience I felt from the staff was not just my imagination. Although she didn't rush us during the ordering process, her body language made me feel like she might not be in a good mood, creating a bit of stress while placing the order.
