In this area, if this restaurant claims to be the second best, then likely no one else dares to say they are the first. This restaurant is so famous that as soon as they open for reservations, they are immediately booked up. If you happen to want to eat there spontaneously without a reservation, there is still a slight chance, but you may have to stand outside and wait for a while before a table becomes available for you to dine!

Given its fame, it is understandable how excellent their service is. First of all, upon entering, you are greeted with a very respectful welcome. After being led to your seat, very professional staff come to your side to prepare drinks for us, and then generally introduce the menu before allowing us to choose our favorite dishes. I must say, I loved everything we ordered today.

However, there are a few dishes I definitely must recommend:
❤️ Gambas al ajillo
This dish was served early on, and I was genuinely amazed by the first bite. If they kept serving this dish, I could eat it non-stop. It feels like they simmered the sauce using shrimp heads, then paired it with brandy and lemon 🍋. I actually think I detected a hint of saffron in the flavor, but since it doesn't mention that in the menu, I'm not entirely sure. The taste has a unique exotic aroma! The shrimp itself is very fresh, with a firm texture and excellent mouthfeel, and even the complimentary bread 🥯 can be dipped in the sauce to finish every drop. You can imagine how delicious this dish is!

❤️ Pulpo
This is the colorful dish you see in the photo. When they placed the dish on the table, I felt it had a great artistic touch. When I cut into it, I could feel their care for the ingredients. The octopus wasn’t overcooked at all; it was very juicy and tender, and the hollandaise sauce was a perfect combination. With each bite, you can still feel the octopus almost dancing, and the simple addition of lemon juice and vinegar not only enhances the fragrance but also makes it a great appetizer! I highly recommend trying this dish.

I also have a photo of another dish, a steak 🥩, and of course, the dessert 🍧 was also really delicious. The presentation was beautiful, the ingredients were fresh, and the sauces were special; there wasn't a single dish that was disappointing! Since there were only two of us, our options for ordering were limited. I saw many others ordering seafood paella that looked super delicious, and the amount of seafood 🦞 was enormous. Everyone’s expressions while eating were very rich. Next time, if I come back to this town, I will definitely return to dine here, and I might even consider planning another trip just to try more dishes because I really love this restaurant!
