The vegetable plate 🥗: There was a generous selection of vegetables, and underneath the vegetables were many appetizers 🥬. The salad paired well with a refreshing onion dressing and beet sauce, making it delicious 🥗.
Homemade focaccia 🥖: The surface was crispy while the inside was fluffy, making it absolutely delicious 😊. It even had flavor on the surface, which was delightful ✨.
Clam chowder 🥣: The flavor of the clams was very rich, and it was packed with seafood like mushrooms, shrimp, and scallops. It had a cheesy flavor, making it very creamy and tasty 🦐🧀.
Beauty soup 🥣: It was topped with tororo konbu ✨ and included beans, mushrooms, burdock, and okra 🍄🟫. It had a nice texture and the flavors of the spices were delicious and seemed good for the body too 😊.
Fresh pasta 🍝: Carbonara 🥚: It came with a soft-boiled egg which I broke and mixed in. The sauce was incredibly rich and delicious. The fresh pasta was chewy and very tasty 🍝. The bacon was thick and nicely seared, adding to its great flavor 🥓. I was also pleased to see plenty of mushrooms in the sauce 🍄. The sauce was so delicious that I dipped the focaccia into it 🥖.
Tomato olive 🍅🫒: It had a refreshing tomato sauce filled with plenty of olives 🍅🫒. The flavor of the tomato sauce and grated cheese was delightful 🥫🧀. The noodles were also chewy and very delicious 🍝.
Campus dessert 🍰: On a pure white canvas, I had chocolate sauce, raspberry sauce, and mango sauce 🥭 artfully applied 🍫. It was garnished with caramel cream, granola, bamboo charcoal cream puffs, kiwi fruit tart 🥝, orange fruit tart 🍊, macarons, truffle chocolates, financiers, brownies, mandarin chips 🍊, fried sweet potatoes 🍠, bamboo charcoal chips, milk flavor strawberry milk 🍓, mango sorbet 🥭, and a generous amount of strawberries 🍓, creating a colorful presentation ✨. It was finished off with a sprinkle of matcha powder 🍵. The caramel whipped cream was wonderfully bubbly ✨ and the persimmon chips were incredibly delicious. The milk flavor strawberry milk was rich, and the mango sorbet flavor was refreshingly tasty 🥭. The sweets I couldn’t finish, I took home, and they were still delicious 😍.
I was truly surprised and delighted to find that this course could be reserved online for just 2850 yen!
