So scary... I wasn't originally planning to eat at this place...
After I parked at Longhua Market and was walking briskly to eat the rice noodle dish I've been wanting for a long time, I passed by this stall and caught a whiff of an intense shrimp aroma🦐.
I immediately stopped in my tracks and sat down (huh?).
That fragrance is something that makes me quite flexible with my principles🫵🏻.
Later, I found out on Google that this place is also somewhat famous in Longhua Market, with a very good rating of 4.8🌟.

If I hadn’t smelled the aroma, I might have never remembered this place; it doesn’t look very eye-catching from the outside.
But having actually tasted the food, I really fell in love with it, even reluctant to finish the last sip of soup!

The seating is around the vendor, probably about 4 or 5 spots.
After sitting down, the owner provides wet wipes, utensils, and the sauce that goes in the soup later. There’s even a small bowl for shrimp shells on the table, which is quite thoughtful.

✐ Signature Shrimp Noodles $150
It feels like dozens of shrimp have been squeezed into the soup.
The shrimp aroma is very rich, just like how it smells.
The owner is very friendly and asks which type of noodles you want; I chose ramen.
The noodles are very chewy, and when you scoop them up with a spoon and take a bite, it’s incredibly satisfying. Inside, there are slices of pork, five shrimp, and half a boiled egg.
I think the price is very reasonable, and this is a place I would want to visit again; I stumbled upon a gem this time 🤞🏻.
