This time, I ordered the "Fried Chicken and Fried Shrimp Cutlet Curry."
The presentation is complete, and the portion size is average. The curry itself leans toward a slightly sweet and thick Japanese style, with aromas that aren't particularly prominent, and the presence of spices is minimal, catering to a more mainstream palate. The sauce does an adequate job of coating the rice, but towards the end, it becomes a bit monotonous, lacking in complexity.

The performance of the fried items, however, is a bit lacking.
The fried chicken is relatively well-executed, showing signs of having been lightly marinated beforehand. The meat is not dry, and the seasoning is not overly salty, making it quite acceptable on its own; it’s one of the more reassuring items on the plate.

In contrast, the fried shrimp cutlet is rather bland. The shrimp has a weak presence, and the coating is a bit thick, leading to more of a crunch from the batter than the fresh sweetness of the shrimp itself.
